Ironclad Financial (est. 2022)

Nick Rygiel, CFP®

Hello! I'm Nick Rygiel, the founder of Ironclad Financial LLC (ICF). My journey to becoming an investment manager has been a dynamic and enriching one, and the experiences I've gained along the way significantly shape the way I serve my clients today.

After graduating from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, I served our nation as a Surface Warfare Officer on the USS PORTER (DDG-78) for four years (two deployments) and spent two years at the Center for Surface Combat Systems (CSCS) in Dahlgren, Virginia.

Following my naval service, I transitioned into the consulting world with Deloitte Consulting in Arlington, VA, where I supported several government organizations. In 2011, I joined Merrill as a Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor. Here, I further cultivated my financial planning skills and completed my MBA at the University of Maryland.

In July 2022, my journey led me to found Ironclad Financial LLC. Our mission is to provide transparent, tailored, and cost-effective investment management services with a focus on emerging technologies like decentralized finance (DeFi). As a CFP® and with my wealth of experience, I guide clients to make sound financial decisions.

Why 'Ironclad,' you might ask? Just like an ironclad ship, solid and unyielding, our goal is to create financial strategies for our clients that withstand the rough seas of economic uncertainty. My mission is to help you navigate towards financial stability, honoring the highest standards of ethical conduct in all our dealings.

I currently reside in Bryn Mawr, PA, where I enjoy life with my wife, Colleen, and our four boys. Please remember that our platform is for informational purposes only, and our advisory services are only offered where ICF and its representatives are properly licensed or exempt. Past performance does not guarantee future returns, and investing can carry the risk of loss of principal capital.
